Genesis Mining Services (GMS) is the dedicated inhouse mining services provider for Genesis Minerals Limited. We provide open pit mining, mobile fleet and asset management, development, rehabilitation and ancillary services.
With a lean, results-driven operating model, GMS combines the advantages of owner-operator mining with the efficiency of a contracting approach. This enables us to be agile, scalable, and a cost-effective production across all open-pit operations.

GMS operates a brand-new open pit mining fleet currently consisting of:
- Hitachi EX1200-7, EX2000-7 and EX2600-7 excavators
- Komatsu PC1250-11R excavators
- Komatsu HD1500-8 dump trucks
- Komatsu HD785-7 watercart
- CAT D10T2 dozers
- CAT 16M graders
With Tower Hill ramping up GMS expects to expand into larger fleet classes aligned with longer-life operations.
We’re also responsible for the light vehicle asset management, with over 200 in the current fleet, and more on the the horizon.
